How
to reserve a “Yard Card”
1)
Call us or go to our website click on contact us.
2) Call
us to reserve Yard Card if we are out leave a message. We do our best
to answer messages promptly.. Reserving by email we will confirm
within 48 hrs. Short notice reservations please call as we answer
phone call qicker than emails.
3) If any items are stolen during your rental contact
us immediately. You will only be charged our replacement costs for
the missing items.
Purchasing
products
1) Pay by phone or website using paypal.
2) Order over the phone. You can pay and make your
reservation at the same time.
3) Phone orders we take Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Sometimes we may accept checks usually from repeat customers. Also,
a cash transaction may be possisble for DIY orders or if you are available
at time of delivery..

Refund
policy
You
will receive a refund if:
1)
You cancel the rental at least 24 hours in advance.
2) Extreme weather conditions prevent us from delivering
your “Yard Card”. Generally only ice storms or very deep
snow keep us away.
You will not receive
a refund if:
1)
The homeowner business owner or security officer prevented us from
setting up the “Yard Card”
2) The homeowner business owner or security officer
asked us to remove the “Yard Card” before rental time
expired.
3) Less than 24 hours notice is given of cancellation.
4) The wrong address was given and we can’t
contact the homeowner or purchaser.
5) The homeowner has a loose dog on the property.
6) We are denied access to a gated community and
unable to set up.
7) No grassy areas are available in front of the
home, apartment, townhouse, office or other facility and we are unable
to set up. (We can't set up a display on concrete or in a rocky area.
We must have a grassy area or yard to set up.)
